SBCG Outreach meeting - The next meeting of the South Bend Community Garden group will be Tuesday June 10 at 6:30pm at the St. Joseph Public Library in downtown South Bend.  We will be reviewing presentation information for neighborhood, church and organizations about starting community gardens.  All who are interested in developing and/or presenting are encouraged to attend.

Greenhouse Gardeners and guests are encouraged to drop by the garden on Sunday June 1 from 3-5 pm.  Planting, weeding, and perhaps some painting and building will be taking place as well as doing area clean up and maintenance.  Children are welcome to come along to work in the children's garden (and play in the dirt, too!)  

West Side Garden is planted and growing!  Those interested in gardening in the Community Garden on the west side, located at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church at 915 Olive St., can get more information, by clicking here.  

Garden Workshops
Gardening Workshops for Adults and Children are led by Master Gardeners who will work simultaneously with both adults and children, focusing on hands-on learning and featuring a take home project.  All workshops begin at 6:30 and feature adult and youth classes on the topic.  See attached flyer.
